Welcome to Amberley Park!Amberley Park features a playground, walking trail, open spaces for recreation, and a doggie station for responsible pet owners. The playground includes a large playset with swings, slides, riding toys and a rock climbing wall ! Benches are available for parents to relax while the kids play! The Pavilion is available for picnics, parties and family gatherings. To reserve the Pavilion for an occasion, contact Darrelle Hughes (205) 530-0110 or dhughes@cmacommunities.com. The Pavilion can only be reserved by members in good standing. There is no charge to reserve. |
Playground RulesPlease take note of the Playground Rules when using the Playground facilities. The safety and enjoyment of the Playground and other amenities for all residents is the highest priority of The Cotswolds Homeowners Association. We hope you will use the Playground equipment as it if were your own, so that the equipment will stay in a good state of repair for everyone's use and enjoyment.
The Playground equipment was provided by and is maintained by Backyard Alabama. The equipment will be maintained quarterly, including pressure-washing, re-staining, and repair of any damage. If you observe any damage to the equipment that may pose a danger to children, please notify Darrelle at CMA Communities, (205) 531-0110 or dhughes@cmacommunities.com and the maintenance issue will be relayed to Backyard Alabama. Doggie Bag StationsDoggie bag stations are located on Cotswold Lane(2), Amberley Park, Bristol Way, Bristol Manor, near the pond entrance on Cotswold Drive North and Snowshill. Please make use of the doggie bags and please pick up after your pet(s). Stations are emptied every other week. If any dispenser is out of bags, please notify Neighborhood Management.
